School is fast approaching. You will get a sketchbook and a list of suggested assignments in class. I have posted it here for you to see and refer to when working. See you soon.

Sketchbook Assignments
Directions: Each assignment should take at least one hour of the week to complete, you may do the assignment in class ONLY at scheduled sketchbook times or when you are finished with your current class assignment. Please date each assignment and put on the back counter at the beginning of class on every other Friday (some Thursdays). We will evaluate the drawings as a class. You will also receive a grade for your work.

Below is a list of ideas for your sketches, do these in any order. Cross off the ones you have completed About 5 of the sketches can be using your own ideas but also try new ways of seeing and drawing. Fill the entire page!

1.Lettering: create a new font alphabet, then draw with the letters, see:
